Space for family, shaped by the landscape

Our clients dreamed of a backyard where they could relax by the fire, grill and entertain their grandchildren, friends and extended family. However, their property came with a challenge: a steep hillside that created significant drainage issues for both their home and the planned pool area.

Building the foundation for endless fun

To transform the property, we tackled the hillside head-on. Our team performed extensive grading and drainage work, cutting into the slope and re-sloping it to properly accommodate the pool and protect the home. From there, we installed a beautiful Gunite pool and a spacious patio that ties the entire space together and provides plenty of space for meals, chats and lazy summer afternoons.

Memories made poolside

The family couldn’t be happier with their new backyard. They’re loving quality time spent exercising in the pool, cooking meals together and unwinding by the fire. For the grandkids, “Grandma’s house” is now synonymous with endless poolside fun — just the way she planned.
