The Red River Outdoor Living Path to Success
At Red River Outdoor Living our mission is to improve lives.
We want your life to be improved by your relationship with us, and we also want the lives of our team to be improved by their relationship with you. We strive to find “Win-Win” situations and relationships in all that we do. We genuinely believe it is the best way to live and the best way to do business. In that spirit, we have over many years developed the Red River Outdoor Living Path to Success. We hope you take this journey with us.
We want you to enjoy your space and enjoy the experience you have with us.
When you reach out to us, we first like to take a few minutes connecting with you.
This generally happens by phone and during that conversation, we want to get to know you, to see if we are the right fit for your project, and that you are the right fit for what we provide.
Here are a few of the
things we like to discuss with you during that initial conversation.
- Tell us about YOU and what you
are trying to accomplish. - What would YOU consider a successful outcome for this project?
- Do you have a deadline or special scheduling issue for us to be aware of?
- Why did you call us instead of someone else?
- What concerns that you are trying to avoid happening during or after this project?
- How do you prefer to communicate?
- When do you want to communicate?
- What is the best time
for you to be able to focus on the project? - Do you prefer email, text, a phone call or do you like to
meet in person? - We have found that communication is the key to success for both you and us.
Our best, happiest, and most successful clients are always the ones who communicate well with us.
They know timely, clear communication is the key to success.
Please understand that going “radio silent” on us usually leads to frustration on both your end and ours.
When we have determined that we would be a good fit, we then need to discover what we can do to make your vision come to life.
We want to know what timelines we are working with and what your budget parameters are. Do you want to spread the project over multiple phases or do it all at once? We accomplish this process in numerous ways such as you sharing pictures of things you like, and us sharing pictures of what we feel like you are asking for.
We may even share a video we have made for the specific thing you are thinking of from our YouTube channel. We ask a lot of questions and encourage you to do a lot of talking as we are good listeners. We take notes, pictures, measurements, drone pictures if necessary, and gather all the information we can to help us capture your vision if you already have one, or to help you develop a vison if it’s still fuzzy.
Once we feel like we are clear on your vision and budget we will then develop specific and customized solutions to fit you needs and wants. If possible, and feasible we will give you two to three different options or variations along with our recommendations of options to consider in your decision.
Now it’s time for you to make the call and tell us if we captured your vision or if we need to make some revisions. When we are clear on the vision it’s time to make your selections and schedule the project.
Once you have made the decision to begin, we will determine which of our Craftsman Teams best fits your project, when they are available next, and when we can get your materials in hand. Then, we will give you a tentative schedule time frame. Please remember we are working outside in varying conditions and sometimes things go faster than we anticipate, however sometimes they go slower.
Many of our clients choose to add to their projects as they see the beautiful work our teams do come to life, so please be aware we do the absolute best we can to give you realistic timeframes and do everything in our power to be as accurate as possible. Occasionally we can come earlier than the initial date and sometimes the date may get moved back.
Once we begin your project, we strive to stay on it until completion. We believe having our teams focusing on one project at a time is the best for everyone. We do everything we can to be very efficient and minimize the time that it takes to complete your project. We continually invest in the latest most efficient equipment for our team to deliver amazing results safely and efficiently on your project.
We have assembled an incredibly talented team of professional craftsmen who will complete your project. Instead of relying on different subcontractors and having little control over their schedule or employee vetting process we choose to be different. We have “in house” employees who perform all our work. If your project requires a licensed electrician or plumber, we partner with longstanding, reputable, licensed professionals who we will manage and schedule in conjunction with our team to make sure your project is a success.
We will follow up with you as the project progresses and upon completion to ensure we achieved the desired goal.
Let's get started.
Tell us a little about you and your ideas!
